Place orders through the check-out section on our website. We only receive questions, queries, or feedback and NOT ORDERS via email or the “Contact Us” section on our website.

Products are usually delivered between seven and fourteen days after purchase. However, this depends on the region you want our products to be shipped to and the situation around COVID-19. We always try to send the products asap.  

Yes, you will receive an email once you place an order. This email will contain confirmation of the order (i.e., a receipt with the data and charges for each product ordered). The email will also provide instructions on how you can make the payment for your purchase via bank transfer. 

At VN Village, we only accept bank transfers. However, you do not pay directly through the website. Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email with the account number for your payment.

Once we received your payment, you will receive an email from us. Once we send your package off, you will receive another email from us with all the tracking information. 

No worries, if you place an order by mistake and we have already sent you a proof of order (i.e a confirmation email), you can simply reply to that email explaining your situation. Otherwise, you can contact us via our website. 

However, you can only cancel your orders within 24 hours from the time you placed them. 

Once your product is processed, we will send it to you via NZ Standard Post. For more information, please check out our shipping and return page. 

We will not process your orders until we have received payment. Please make your payment asap once you receive the confirmation email.
