VN Village will include delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 60 days, please send us a quick email with your order number, and we will issue a full refund.
To return your product, please send us an email at info@vnvillage.com.
You are eligible for a return if:
- Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is still in the original packaging.
- The items are under the stationery section, meaning that we do not accept home decor and homewares products.
- Note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you can not return your item.
To complete your return:
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or back to us (i.e., to the address on our website) without a confirmation email from the VN Village team.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 15 Walter Merton Road, Hobsonville, Auckland 0616.
- If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are eligible for a refund if:
- We have sent you a confirmation email saying that you can return your products for the refund process.
- Your return item when it reaches us is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The returned item is still in the original packaging.
For more information, some non-refundable items are:
- Home decor and homewares products.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that are not in their original conditions, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale item.
- Freebies.
- Items with incorrect delivery information.
Our refund process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return item is approved, your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the refund amount to the bank account you made the payment with within a certain amount of days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Meaning if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before your refund reaches.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@vnvillage.com.
Exchanges/ Replaces (if applicable):
We only replace items:
- If the item is damaged due to our error.
- If you want to exchange the item for the same one.
- Please send us an email at info@vnvillage.com for exchanges or replacements. This process may take some time, so we thank you in advance for your patience!
